On Saturday August 19th the Olivia Hudson Foundation and a group of amazing volunteers gathered at the Ronald McDonald House for another successful Family Fun Night.
One of the ways that the Olivia Hudson Foundation endeavors to impact our surrounding community of cancer fighters is by providing positive outlets to deal with the burden of fighting a life threatening disease day in and day out. The Family Fun Night at Ronald McDonald House provides just that sort of outlet. This past event provided Music Therapy for kids fighting a serious illness led by the incredible volunteers at Resounding Joy along with Art Therapy with Vanessa Mejia of My Colors Speak.
It was amazing to see the faces of children fighting enormous battles light up and smile as they got to explore their creativity in music and art as well as enjoy face painting, games and a bounce house. These events are a great way to get involved and volunteer with the Olivia Hudson Foundation.
